It isnt so easy to find out to much about the artist HANN3R (Frans Hanner) but today I found this video and new single, Take It Back — a stripped-back, DIY gem built around great 808 percussion, carefully selected synth textures, great vocal mix, and simple bass line. The songwriting is easy but fresh and effective, and the whole track oozes a confident, lo-fi charm.
Even more impressive is the official music video, shot entirely on two rolls of Kodak Vision3 500T Super8 film using a Canon 318 Zoom. It’s a nostalgic, analogue visual that pairs perfectly with the song’s sound and mood.
