Here we are in the oldest reataurant in Madrid. Potentially the world's oldest, right next to where I live in La Latina, we find el Sobrino de Botín , founded in 1725. Known as Botín, it has been operating continuously since then and holds the Guinness World Record for the title. The restaurant is famous for its roast suckling pig, or cochinillo, cooked in its original wood-fired oven. It was a pleasure to meet the staff, owners and my local guide Catrina who helped me with the menu.
