Apparently Richard James has selected this young Dublin resident  to make the video. What can we do with our ashes when we die?  I am a vinyl junky, and have released a few in my time. This could well be a final pressing for me in the future. We could pres our remains into vinyl.   The company  And Vinyly  is provided the opportunity for vinyl enthusiasts.  They actually will take your ashes and press them into vinyl so you can actually become a record.  They offer a few different packages and, like an album, you get two sides to get your message across, albeit each side is only 12 minutes long. Change O´Key Boogie! As the title suggests change of key live here, that is the soloist. There is some fine solo work a bit of an ensemble here and there, swinging all the way.

That´s plenty - the tune gives the album it´s title, is a well known standard or at least it was back in the day. This version features the sparkling trumpet of Doc Cheatham. Doc is up tempo and keeping this standard exciting from some of the more lackadaisical versions you can hear from time to time in other places. Fast and smokey.

This is the one. I believe I already imagined sometime in the long past more than 15 years ago, that some day, I would be able to play this record out and about. It´s with me here in Madrid, with a stack of Soul, Jazz, Blues, and Swing. Here I come Madrid.

Yeh, this bad boy just arrived in Madrid with a good handful of other vinyl of mine. Spent last week at home in Manchester, digging through my 3000 vinyl strong collection.  I´ve got this record on 10 inch here, Sue Record. It´s just one of those tracks that kills it. Get into the slide.
